| Possibly the best landlord in all of Canterbury. Any tenant would be lucky to have the
price keg of renting a property from him. Always friendly and takes a very hands on

| Paul has been an excellent landlord to us this year. Firstly, he is organised by making
students aware of all costs throughout the year with regards to accommodation and rent
fees, leaving no room for speculation before making a decision to rent with him. Paul,
Candy, and Liz live close by to their properties which is great when any problems arose
throughout the year, as they would at times be there within the hour to rectify any
problems. They keep their properties at a very high standard which is ideal for anyone
renting from them. Finally, they treat all tenants with great respect, as we treated
their property well. |

| Our experience with H N Lettings was great. The landlord Paul Hamilton was extremely
friendly and very helpful. Any problems with the house were dealt with immediately. The
house was well kept, and stood out from other student houses, it felt more like a home
compared to many of the other places we’d seen. The landlord had the property cleaned
every two weeks and the front garden was regularly well kept which made living there
even nicer. Paul was always happy to help with any issues or problems. He was always
very easy to contact which made resolving any problems particularly easy and hassle
free. We didn’t pay a deposit for the house which was another bonus, not only did it
help from a financial aspect but showed the landlords had trust in the tenants to keep
the house nice. I would recommend H N Lettings to any students looking for a place to
live in Canterbury. |

| Paul, Liz and Candy are extremely good landlords. They are kind and always ready to help
us whenever we have an issue concerning the house, which is in a very good condition as
well. They have a very hands on approach.
I would highly recommend this house for students as it offers a great bills package, is
situated in a quiet residential area and not far from both campus and city centre. |

| Paul Hamilton is a great landlord, and is very reliable if any problems arise with the
accommodation.
The accommodation itself has a nice kitchen and utility room, and 4 sizable bedrooms.
The living room is bright and spacious, and there is a big garden.
The only problem I could say is the mediocre internet, which will cause buffering issues
if you ever need to watch a video and the other housemates you may have are doing the
same. That said, it’s very rare that this is the case. |

| Mr Hamilton is a superb landlord and is very easy to get on with. He was prompt with
dealing with any problems we had and sorted them to the best of his ability. The
semi-regular visits by his cleaners & him ensured the house was kept in order and
that we were living in suitable conditions. He was understanding of student loan
constraints and time limits, being flexible with payment dates & making the rent
payments easy. |

| Paul has been such a great landlord, that we have decided to stay with him for a second
year! He has a very hands on approach and so we never hesitate to contact him whenever
we encounter a problem within the house. He will often come over straight away to sort
the problem, which is always helpful when the boiler decides to break mid-Winter! All
the houses we saw were clean and well-kept, and Paul works hard to maintain this
standard throughout the year. As a house we have all been very impressed by service and

| In the year that we have been with H N Lettings, things have gone very smoothly, and
that is down to the dedication of Paul, Liz and Candy, our landlords who have done a
great job in making sure we were settled in at the start, and keeping us happy with the
house. If there was ever a problem that needed fixing, they would be round at all hours
to help and were very considerate when it came to our conduct in the neighbourhood. Very
helpful cleaning around the house: a god send for those in the house who were living
like slobs for most of the year (me not included). |

| Paul is a fantastic landlord, and I cant recommend him highly enough. We stayed with
Paul for our second and third year and the service was excellent. Also as a bonus every
fortnight Paul’s wife and sister in law come and clean the communal areas! The all
inclusive bills package makes it easy and you dont haev to worry about making sure all
the different bills are paid, and you dont exceed the internet usage etc. Whenever there
is a problem Paul comes round the same day and will sort it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! |

| When we first met Paul the first difference we noticed was that he greeted all his
current tenants by their first name. No other landlord we’d met did this, it seemed they
barely knew who their tenants were. This showed us that Paul has a hands on and personal
approach which was what we wanted.
If you ever have a problem Paul is there, in good spirits and helps out. We once woke up
to a broken shower, gave Paul a call and within the hour he’d been over to our house,
bought a new shower-head and fitted it for us.
It is nice to be able to contact your landlord when you feel it necessary. Lots of
student rentals are not allowed to contact their landlords personally.
Paul’s houses are clean and well kept. They also come with fully equipped kitchens which
saves buying new saucepans, plates etc.
Paul also offers a gardner and someone who does basic cleaning once every 2 weeks.
Paul is generous and understands that you are students, and he certainly takes this into
consideration.
I would recommend H N Lettings to anyone who wants a good relationship with their
landlord, who wants to live in a clean house and who wants their student house to become
a home.

Plus you get a cleaner and a gardener every 2 weeks which is FANTASTIC!!!

| Quite easily to sum up: everyone that has heard about, or visted our house has been in
agreement that it is the Buckingham palace of student accomodation, and thats not
mentioning the cleaning service and fantastic landlord. On a serious note though the
